These terms govern your use of Share Digi Card — the website at sharedigicard.com and the Share Digi Card mobile app (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Share Digi Card lets you create a digital business card at a custom URL and share it via link or QR code. Card content you publish is visible to anyone who has the link.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your card and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or business per account; usernames are first come, first served and may be reclaimed if an account is deleted or suspended.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Impersonate another person or business
Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights
Send spam or harvest visitor data
Interfere with the Service, attempt to access other users’ data, or artificially inflate view counts

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You own the content you upload. You grant us the license needed to host and display it — that is the entire purpose of the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including photos.

Payments shown on cards

Cards may display a UPI ID and a Pay button that opens the visitor’s own payment app. Share Digi Card does not process, hold, or transfer money and is not a party to any payment between a card owner and a visitor.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Share Digi Card is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for the conduct of card owners or visitors, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
