Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Share Digi Card account and what happens to your data when you do. It applies to accounts created on sharedigicard.com and in the Share Digi Card mobile app — they are the same account.
Delete your account in the app
You can delete your account yourself at any time:
- Log in to the Share Digi Card app or at sharedigicard.com/login
- Open Settings from your dashboard
- Choose Delete account and confirm
Deletion takes effect immediately.
Or request deletion by email
If you can no longer access your account, email us at sharedigicard@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We use the sending address to verify the request belongs to you, and we will confirm once the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with it:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your digital card and its public URL, which stops working immediately
- Your profile photo, cover image, and gallery images
- Your visitor analytics
- Enquiries received through your card
- Your settings and preferences
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not keep partial data after deletion; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged in our providers’ routine backup cycles.
